For defective items, you may be eligible for an exchange, refund, or voucher if the item is returned within 3 days from delivery with proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges for non-defective, correctly delivered products are not accepted.
For exchanges, a pickup fee applies, and all items must be in original condition with original packaging and accessories.
